Once the drawings and samples are approved I go to work in the studio. Using the auto CAD drawings printed in full scale, they become the templates to work off of. This insures accuracy and precision in the final piece of work. I then take the raw materials, cut them, and prepare them for forging. I use an industrial forging hammer to forge the basic shape, then go to the anvil and hand hammer to refine the piece to its final shape. Then the bending, fitting, fastening, and welding take place. When the metal working and clean up is done, I provide the proper finishing to not only beautify it with a patina, but also to withstand its environment. Once your project is nearing completion, I will contact you to schedule for installation or delivery. It is my mission for you to be completely satisfied with your one-of-a-kind piece of iron artwork, not only after the installation, but for many years to come.



Basic Terms and Conditions 


  • Design time is billed hourly. This fee is credited towards your project when approved. 
  •  Travel to the project site is often required for design ideas as well as measurements. We charge for time and mileage or airfare.
  • A 50% down payment is required for all work. The remaining balance is due upon completion. A product cannot be delivered or installed until the balance is paid in full.  Progress payments are accepted.
  • Lead times vary based on the depth and extent of your project as well as the current work load in the studio. 
  • Installation is billed hourly due to each project having its own individual challenges.
  • All work intended for delivery by common carrier is the customers responsibility. All shipping is from St. Augustine Florida.
